| Replace your in-cab gas tank with a rear frame rail mount tank. Free up room inside the cab and get rid of gas smells while driving. This steel gas tank moves the fuel's weight adding traction to the rear wheels of the truck. Rust, scale and the effects of time cause corrosion of your gas tank. These deposits can cause the tank to leak or create fuel flow problems. With today's price of gasoline you want to eliminate this risk by replacing your fuel tank today! Tank has fittings for return and/or vapor lines. Gas tank could also be used as a 21-gallon auxiliary tank for more fuel reserve and fewer trips to the gas station. Gas Tank Kit includes 21-gallon tank, sending unit, lock ring and gasket, mounting straps and j-bolts. Additional parts will be necessary to complete the installation. You will need to add a gas filler neck, filler hose and gas cap; extend the fuel feed line and sending unit wires; and relocate the frame mounted spare tire.
