| Custom Chrome Bumpers are stamped from new tooling using OE quality steel for strength and durability. The combination of new tooling and three layers of nickel gives these bumpers an exceptionally smooth surface before final chrome plating. After stamping, the raw bumper is buffed and polished to achieve a smooth defect-free plating surface. A semi-bright nickel is first applied, followed by a strike nickel, bright nickel and then chromed. All of these steps give the Custom Chrome Bumpers a high-quality mirror-like finish. Custom Chrome Bumpers come with a 5 Year Limited Warranty on rust-through perforations. 2-Light Premium Bumpers are equipped with two halogen fog lights, one illuminated rocker switch, one 12-volt relay. All necessary wiring and installation instructions included. 4-Light Premium Bumpers are equipped with two halogen fog lights, two halogen driving lights, two illuminated rocker switches, two 12-volt relays. All necessary wiring and installation instructions included. Both styles of lighting are OE quality, made with aluminum die-cast housing, three-tier protective finish coating, which makes the housing corrosion free. State-of-the-art reflector, in combination with a strong semi-hardened crystal glass lens, gives you maximum light output from a 3-3/4" diameter light. Uses a high efficiency halogen 12V 55W replaceable bulb. Lights come with a 3 Year Limited Warranty (excluding bulb). Lights are DOT and SAE approved and are legal for on road use. | ||||||||
