| Custom Chrome Steel Grille Shell is stamped from new tooling using OE quality steel for strength and durability. The combination of new tooling and three layers of nickel gives this grille shell an exceptionally smooth surface before final chrome plating. After stamping, the raw steel grille is buffed and polished to achieve a smooth, defect free plating surface. A semi-bright nickel is first applied, followed by a strike nickel, bright nickel and then chromed. All of these steps give the Custom Chrome Steel Grille Shell a high-quality, mirror-like finish. Comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty on defects in material and workmanship. | ||||||||
