TCI Complete Chassis

Give your truck modern performance handling and comfort with a new chassis from TCI. These frames include all new front and rear suspension, brakes and rear axle - ready to bolt on your cab and bed.

The fully boxed frame is laser-cut, jig welded and ground smooth for exceptional precision and strength. The front frame rails have been widened to allow more room for headers and steering components. The wheelbase has been corrected to center the front wheels in the fender. Behind the cab, the rails have been narrowed to fit wider tires and the shocks have been mounted outside the frame rails to maximize roll stiffness. The strengthened center section allows for 3" exhaust to fit with room to spare.

The front suspension is a track proven system which uses tubular control arms, adjustable shocks and power rack and pinion steering. The front upper control arms provide easy camber and caster adjustments. Heavy-duty upper and lower screw-in ball joints are used for additional strength and durability. The bottom of the crossmember is above the bottom of the frame rail which provides extra ground clearance at significant ride height drop. Spindles come with front vented rotors and big bore calipers for excellent braking performance. Front and rear anti-roll bars provide more grip and better handling on and off the track.

A four-link suspension with 3 height adjustments is used in the rear. Adjustable link bars allow fine tuning of wheelbase and pinion angle, eliminate wheel hop and provide excellent axle control for big horsepower applications. TCI built 9 inch Ford rear end housing uses a Currie Sportsman open differential 3rd member and rear end components rated for 600hp.

Chassis are available with Ridetech coilovers or Shockwave air springs. Single adjustable coilovers allow rebound and height adjustment front and rear. Shockwaves provide easy suspension tuning and ride height adjustments at the push of a button. Air compressor and tank are not included. Frames with Shockwaves are pre-plumbed with ¼" air lines.

Frame features a 4" front and 6" rear drop with coilovers. Chassis can be lowered an additional 3" with Shockwaves.
