How to Identify Your Gas Tank: Tanks without Evaporative Emission Control (EEC) are not equipped with a hole for the EEC vent valve. Tanks with EEC are equipped with a hole for the EEC vent valve.

W/EEC = With Evaporative Emissions Control

W/O EEC = Without Evaporative Emissions Control
