How to choose the correct Ring & Pinion: Each ring and pinion gear set sold below is for replacement use only. Gear ratio changes are possible as long as the ratio selected is within the range of ratios available for the carrier. See chart below for carrier/case breaks by differential model. 10 Bolt Series 2 = 2.56 - down (smaller numerically) Series 3 = 2.73 - up (larger numerically)
