This 4x2 Conversion Kit converts a New Process 203 full-time transfer case to part-time operation. Benefits include reduced front driveline wear, better gas mileage, improved on-road driveability and decreased turning radius. Once installed, the kit provides for low and high range operations in both 2WD and 4WD modes. To ensure proper lubrication of the transfer case, it is recommended the vehicle be driven in 4WD mode for a few miles each week. Installation instructions included. A Full-Time to Part-Time Conversion Kit enables the transfer case to operate in the following modes: 4 Lo, 2 Lo, Neutral, 2 Hi (Normal Street Use) and 4 Hi.
