In August 1986 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued strict new guidelines regulating aftermarket Catalytic Converters. Our Replacement Catalytic Converters are designed and manufactured to meet EPA emission requirements. With many states getting more stringent with their emission testing, we are pleased to be able to offer you a reasonably priced, proven and tested product that is legal for road use in 49 states and Canada. Replacement converters are not legal for sale or use in California.
