Air Conditioning Systems

These are complete AC, heat and defrost systems that utilize fully electronic operations. The unit is interior mounted under the dash and installs to the firewall using the supplied template. AC and heater fittings pass through a custom rubber grommet. Step-by-step, fully-detailed illustrated instructions are included.

AC systems with compressor are designed for use with Ford V8 engines. Order the corresponding mount and drive kit based on the engine in your vehicle. Mount and drive kits include compressor mounting bracket, idler pulley, adjuster, hardware and instructions. Systems supplied without compressor are ideal for vehicles that have swapped engines and/or already have installed an AC compressor as part of their engine's accessory drive system.

All systems feature a custom brushed billet electronic slide type control head that fits in the under dash mounted center vent module. Electronic servo motors control mode selection and heater valve function. All systems utilize under dash vents and are designed for use with R134A refrigerant.
