In August 1986 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued strict new guidelines regulating aftermarket Catalytic Converters. Our Replacement Catalytic Converters are designed and manufactured to meet EPA emission requirements proven and tested to be legal for road use in 49 states and Canada and are reasonably priced. Replacement converters are not legal for sale or use in California.
