Product Details

Two of the more challenging aspects of an engine swap are engine mounting and exhaust routing. Worry no more mini-truck owners! The V8 Engine Mount Kit and the Hedman Engine Swap Headers are designed to work together, eliminating a lot of the guesswork of component selection.
The V8 Engine Mount Kit includes new engine mount pads, brackets, hardware and instructions to allow installation of a 1955-01 262-400 cubic inch small block Chevrolet V8 engine into your mini-truck.
Hedman Engine Swap Headers are a shorty design that allows for easier installation and increased clearance versus long tube headers. They feature 1-1/2" diameter primary tubes that flow into a 2-1/2" diameter collector. The black painted headers are constructed of 18 gauge steel tubing and feature 1/4" thick flanges. Headers are supplied complete with all bolts, nuts, collectors, gaskets and installation instructions. Not legal in California for use on emission controlled vehicles. 1966 and newer U.S. manufactured California Certified vehicles are considered emission controlled vehicles.
