Custom Chrome Steel Grille Shell is stamped from new tooling using OE quality steel for strength and durability. Combination of new tooling and three layers of nickel – semi-bright nickel applied first, followed by a strike nickel, bright nickel and then chromed – gives this grille shell an exceptionally smooth surface before final chrome plating. After stamping, the raw steel grille is buffed and polished to achieve a smooth, defect-free plating surface to give a high-quality, mirror-like finish. Comes with a 5 Year Limited Warranty on defects in material and workmanship.
