Hood Components

1999-16 F250 F350 F450 F550 Super Duty

Signs of strut failure are: hood will not stay in the full open position, especially in cold weather, and difficulty in lifting the hood.

Always replace lift struts in pairs to prevent twisting caused by uneven loads.
