For your security, our new website has the following requirements.

• Minimum password length : must be at least 8 characters (can be any combination of upper/lower case letters, numbers, or special characters)
• Maximum number of password reset requests before account is locked: 6 requests
• Minimum time between password reset requests: 5 minutes between password reset requests
• Password recovery link expiration period: 24 hours for a password recovery link to expire
• Maximum login failures to lockout account: 10 attempts to login before account is locked for 10 minutes
• Lockout time (account will be unlocked after provided time): 10 minutes
